Claudio Demartis
He began racing in regattas when young and after gaining some experience in sailmaking, he founded Olimpic Sails in 1980, of which he is still the technical and sales director. He has had numerous victories at a national and international level, firstly in dinghies, and more recently in offshore events.

Mauro Parladori
Co-founder of Olimpic Sails, he too began his sailing career very young, cutting his teeth on dinghies and winning some national titles. He has won numerous Italian championships in the offshore classes and a World ILC 25 title. Within the company, he handles the design of spinnakers and cruising chutes and follows the development and sale of sails for yachts.

Roberto Bertocchi
An excellent sailor from a tender age, he achieved prestigious results at a national and international level with the Flying Junior and 470. Moving on to offshore boats, as helmsman he won no less than eight Italian titles, and a world title Quarter Ton class. He is one of the three partners in Olimpic Sails today. He works there as a designer and follows the development and sale of sails for yachts.

Franco Cittar
After having raced in dinghies ever since childhood, and in the wake of participation in the 1988 Olympic Games, he began working in a sail loft and joined Olimpic Sails in 1988. He has taken part in many offshore regattas at all levels and has won a number of national and international titles. Within the company, he deals with the production and sale of sails for yachts.

Umberto Righi
Founder in 1978 of the Eiffel sail loft, he was one of the first in Europe to make use of design software and a plotter cutter for cutting sails. After joining the American Halsey group, he designed and made sails that won innumerable national, continental and world titles in the most varied of classes. The most significant titles were Olympic gold in the Star class achieved by Torben Grael in the Atlanta Games of 1996 and Athens in 2004, and the world title in the Melges 24 class, with Nicola Celon in 2006.

Renzo Sorci
A competent technical sailor and sail-maker, he handles the design and production of sails for dinghies. He has provided backup for many athletes from various nations in the Olympic campaigns for the 470 class. More than any other person in the company, it is he who is dedicated to the management and development of the firm’s information technology.

Massimo Bessarione
Among other things, he is responsible for sales of sails for dinghies and in particular for the exports market. He has for years been present at the most important international events in the Optimist, 420, 470 and Snipe class.

Burcu Algon Giorgianni
International sailing coach, she raced in the Optimist and 470 class and she trained Turkish optimist national team. She is the responsible and commercial of One Design sails and takes part in the international manifestations. She still races in the off shore races and match racing.
